Since 1924, the Quaranta family has dedicated itself to the sweet temptation - starting with Antonio Quaranta and his wife Alzira, who opened a small laboratory in the heart of the old town, where a valuable recipe book was gradually created. Some of these original recipes - such as the legendary recipe 101 for soft almond nougat - are still used almost unchanged today. From this deep tradition, an idea was born in 1925 that revolutionized the world of torrone: Nougat Passion. Inspired by the historic recipe and supported by genuine craftsmanship, they combine soft, airy nougat with new flavor components - fine pastry creams, fruity jams, crunchy cookie pieces and much more. The result is a completely new way of experiencing nougat: sensual, tempting, creative. But it is not just the recipes that follow a philosophy - the appearance of the products also bears the signature.
